The Murray
River
pale ale

Just like the Mighty Murray itself, Murray River Pale Ale flows gently but consistently on your palate, this handcrafted ale has been lovingly balanced with delicate caramel malt and light, fruity hops. Just like the Mighty Murray, there is a natural beauty to this pale ale that leaves a lasting impression on every drinker.

Our Story

The story of Morris Brewing Co begins at The Telegraph Hotel Numurkah in Northern Victoria, just a short drive from the Mighty Murray River. Locally owned and operated by the Morris Family for more than 12 years, The Telegraph Hotel is an inviting place with a warm country feel that is suitable for individuals, families or groups. As beer enthusiasts, the Morris Family began brewing their own beer in 2019 with plans to launch their own handcrafted beer in 2020. In the most challenging year to date for the family business, they have continued working towards creating a beer that represents where they come from, tastes good and will be enjoyed by locals and visitors to the region. Now they are launching their very first beer from Morris Brewing Co, the Murray River Pale Ale.
